詠春
for every body.
Traditional Wing Chun kung fu taught with patience and understanding — low-impact, deeply effective, open to adults and seniors of every background.

Relaxation over force.
Wing Chun is a southern Chinese martial art built on three quiet principles: relaxation, structure, and leverage. It does not ask you to be stronger than your opponent — it teaches you to be more efficient than the moment.
For a quarter of a century, Sifu Mark Tham has shared this tradition in Singapore. Our classes welcome students of all fitness levels, from curious nine-year-olds to seventy-five-year-old grandparents rediscovering their balance.
“The art of Wing Chun is for everybody — every body.”
A practice that meets you where you are.
